Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care specialize in everything from gently washing your previously stained deck and deck maintenance to kill the mold and mildew that sits on top, to deep cleaning your bare wood surfaces where mold and mildew have made their way under the surface.
Looking For Small Repairs
Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care offers small repairs ranging from filling carpenter bee holes to replacing loose boards or stairs. We do not currently offer full deck rebuilds, but we have found through experience that most decks and wood structures are just in need of a regular cleaning, small repairs and a fresh stain job.
Deck Needs Staining?
Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care can professionally stain and seal both new and older wood structures. We suggest staining new wood after it’s cured for about 6 weeks. Many clients prefer to be able to see the wood grain show through on their newer deck and in that case, we recommend either going with our clear sealant application or choose a Sherwin Williams SuperDeck semi-transparent stain for better protection and longer-lasting tint.
For older and previously stained decks, Blue Monkey Pressure Washing and Wood Care stain specialists recommend using Sherwin Williams SuperDeck solid stain products for full coverage, the utmost protection, and the most uniform look you can get with a stain.
